Vladimir Rankov studied law in Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in Bulgaria. After finishing his law education he graduated the German – language Magister Legum program (L.L.M. degree) in Rheinische Friedrich- Wilhelms Universität in Bonn, Germany.

He started his law career as legal advisor in an organization providing legal services to current and potential investors in Bulgaria. His duties included inter alia to provide information on the Bulgarian legislation, forms of business organization, taxes, and indication of potential sites for investment. He was also involved in preparation of procedures for acquisition of ownership rights over state or municipal land applying encouragement measures for certified under the Investment promotion Act investors. In connection with it he gained essential experience by participating in meetings, working groups and negotiations with governmental and municipal bodies and authorities, providing tailor made administrative services to foreign and local investors.

He also acted as member of legal team of the project “Promoting the advantages for investing in Bulgaria” – co-funded by the EU through the European Regional Development Fund under the EU Operational program “Competitiveness”.

Since his admission to the Bulgarian Bar Association as a qualified lawyer he is working intensively in the field of relocation of foreign work force from third countries to Bulgaria for clients from diverse industrial sectors, along with resolving of corporate and administrative issues of their daily business activities.

Natalia Mikova’s practice includes a wide range of business, administrative and corporate law issues.

Her practice is focused on corporate governance matters, corporate restructuring, contracts and obligational relations and relocation of foreign citizens from third contrives to EU, primarily for the labor market of Bulgaria.

Desislava Todorova studied law at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University Bonn, Germany. She is a qualified lawyer admitted both to the German (Düsseldorf) and the Bulgarian Bar. Desislava also holds M.A. degree in Diplomacy and International Security Studies from the University of Westminster, London. She enhanced her international professional experience by serving part of her law clerkship in Tel Aviv, Israel. 

Desislava worked several years for a leading international law office, represented in Sofia. She has substantial experience in providing legal advice to multinational corporations on legal matters esp. related to commercial law, IP, compliance and legal forensics, litigation. Her duties also involved secondement to international financial corporations, where she advised clients in a wide range of commercial, corporate and cross-border compliance and forensic matters. Desislava also participated in major transactions in the financial, telecommunications’ and industry sectors. 

She has numerous publications in various Bulgarian and international legal media.

 Aglaya Samokovliyska holds a Master degree of science in Law from the University for National and World economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. In 2008 she specializes International marketing and International Business from Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in Vienna, Austria.
